Ingredients
- 375g firm tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 300g sugar snap peas
- 300g snow peas
- 1/2 cup smoked almonds
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
Method
- Stir-fry tofu and capsicum over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Add peas until cook a further 1-2 minutes, until tender.
- Toss through almonds and dressing.
- Serve immediately.
