- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 6 1/2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. curry powder
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli in unsalted water until barely tender. Cook chicken with no salt. Layer broccoli then chicken in a greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken and broccoli. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
