Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. unsalted butter or margerine, cut into pieces
  • 5 ozs. semisweet chocolate squares, chopped
  • l oz. unsweetened chocolate square, chopped
  • 3 large eggs at rm. temp
  • 3 large egg yolks, at room temp
  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c. flour

Method

  • Oven at 400. lightly grease six 4 oz.ramekins and coat bottome and sides with granulated sugar.
  • Combine butter with semisweet and unsweetened chocs in med microwavable bowl and microwave 1 min. or until melted. Freese for 5 min,stirring till cool.
  • Meanwhile beat eggs, yolks,confec sugar and vanilla and salt on high 2-3 min.until yellow and thick.
  • Beat in cooled choc mixture, scraping sides. Beat in flour until just blended. Divide batter evenly between ramekins. Bake 10-12 min until sides are firmed and middle slightly puffed and soft in center. Cool for 5 min. and invert.
