Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1 pkg. Stuffing mix for chicken
- 1 c. water
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. real mayo, mayonnaise
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta, cut into 12 cubes
Method
- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Mix all ingredients except Velveeta until blended; spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- 3. Press 1 Velveeta cube into center of tuna mixture in each cup, completely enclosing Velveeta cube.
- 4. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.
