Ingredients
- 2 c. rich lowfat milk (add in a little canned lowfat milk to make richer)
- 2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 heaping tbsp. flour
- 1 or possibly 2 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
Method
- Combine ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
