Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. ground meat
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped fine green pepper and onion
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 2 to 4 c. cooked macaroni
- sliced cheese
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add salt and pepper, green pepper and onion.
- Cook about 25 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and tomatoes. Pour in baking dish and top with cooked macaroni.
- Place several slices of cheese on top.
- Bake 15 minutes in a 350° oven.
