Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen raspberries
- 3 small pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. boiling water
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, raspberries and pineapple (do not drain juice).
- Pour half the mixture in mold.
- Let set until hard.
- Put layer of sour cream on top of it.
- Add remaining jello mixture.
- Fits large mold or 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
