- 1 sm. box Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel's tomatoes and green chiles
- 6-8 corn tortillas
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 tbsp. chicken broth
- Spices to your taste
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
Method
- Boil chicken.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup and Rotel's tomatoes and chiles to create sauce.
- Line greased casserole with strips of tortillas, sprinkle broth and layer with sauce, chicken and cheese, etc.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
