Ingredients

  • 250 grams Pork (I used filet here)
  • 1 large amount Seasoning: salt, black pepper
  • 3 Kiwi
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp White wine
  • 10 grams Butter

Method

  • Dice the kiwi and place into a heat-resistant dish along with the other ingredients.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes at 900 W. Take it out to mix it up once and then microwave for another 3 minutes.
  • Cut the pork into thick slices and season with a large amount of salt and black pepper.
  • Pan-fry in olive oil until crispy.
  • Place the pork on a plate and top with lots of kiwi sauce.
