Ingredients
- 250 grams Pork (I used filet here)
- 1 large amount Seasoning: salt, black pepper
- 3 Kiwi
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp White wine
- 10 grams Butter
Method
- Dice the kiwi and place into a heat-resistant dish along with the other ingredients.
- Microwave for 3 minutes at 900 W. Take it out to mix it up once and then microwave for another 3 minutes.
- Cut the pork into thick slices and season with a large amount of salt and black pepper.
- Pan-fry in olive oil until crispy.
- Place the pork on a plate and top with lots of kiwi sauce.
