Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can (6 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add beef, onion and green pepper.
- Cook, stirring, with a fork to break up meat, until browned.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole, bake 30 minutes or until done.
