Ingredients

  • 12 oz jar arrabbiata, or spicy tomato-red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 6 None anchovy fillets, drained, chopped
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • None None Shaved Parmesan, to serve

Method

  • Combine arrabbiata sauce, olives and anchovies in a saucepan. Heat on medium for 5 mins, until hot.
  • Meanwhile, cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and toss through arrabbiata sauce.
  • Fold in half the spinach and season to taste. Toss over low heat until spinach just wilts. Serve sprinkled with black pepper, Parmesan and the remaining spinach.
