Ingredients

  • 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Whole Milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Add the flour to a medium bowl and measure the mayonnaise into the middle of the flour. Using a fork, cut the mayonnaise into the flour until it is well blended. Add the milk a little at a time into the middle of the flour/mayonnaise mixture, stirring with a fork and incorporating the flour from the sides of the bowl until you've added all of the milk. Using a spoon, mix until well blended.
  • Place the mixture into ungreased mini muffin pans. Bake to 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Enjoy!
