Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) jar marinated artichokes
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 12 cups grated cheese

Method

  • Drain, chop and spread in bottom of greased shallow baking dish the two kinds of artichoke hearts.
  • Then scatter on top the chilies, mayonnaise and cheese in that order.
  • Bake, covered, at 350*F until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
  • Serve with chips, veggies, pita bread slices, etc.
