Ingredients
- 1 lb. macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 qt. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. sugar (I double this)
- 4 tsp. water
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 3 hard-boiled eggs (to decorate top)
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix macaroni and vegetables in a large bowl, then add water, sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.
- Mix well; refrigerate.
- Garnish with sliced eggs.
- (Before garnishing, add salt and pepper to taste.)
