Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. boiling water
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- pepper to taste
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Cook onion and butter or margarine in large pot until tender. Add water, potatoes, carrots, cooked chicken pieces, chicken bouillon cube and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
- Add milk.
- Heat, but do not boil.
- Serves 6.
