- 1 lb. stew size beef pieces
- 1/2 lb. Italian hot sausage
- 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1 c. cabbage
- 1/2 c. corn
- 1/2 c. green beans
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 or 3 tomatoes or 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Italian seasoning
Method
- Brown beef with salt and onion.
- Brown and drain sausage.
- Add 2 cups water to the meat and cook vegetables in same pan.
- Add seasoning as desired.
- Add tomatoes and more water as needed. Substitute macaroni for potatoes, if desired.
