Ingredients
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Unsweetened Thai Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Creamy Or Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red Curry Paste
- 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Whisk until combined and cook over low heat, stirring frequently until thickened.
