Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Tarragon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 whole Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1/2 whole Diced Green Apple
  • 1 cup Diced Red Seeded Grapes
  • 3/4 cups Diced Walnuts
  • 3 teaspoons Dried Tarragon Leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, and the mustard. Mix these ingredients well.
  • Add the chicken, apples, grapes, walnuts and the spices and stir all the ingredients together. Taste test to see if you need to add a little more salt or pepper.
  • Either serve as a sandwich or as a dip with some crackers. Garnish with extra tarragon leaves.
