Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 cup chopped smoked wahoo
- 14 cup chopped black olives
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoons pickled capers
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 teaspoon sumac
Method
- peel potatoes and chop into small cubes.
- boil for 15 minutes.
- drain and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- add wahoo fillet, olives , capers , green chili
- mix dressing and add to the salad
- serve cold.
