Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
- Blend oil, sugar and vanilla in bowl.
- Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture and blend well.
- Add nuts.
- Spread in 9-inch square pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until brownies pull from edge of pan. Cool in pan.
