Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 large onions
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Saute the onions and green pepper in the salad oil until they are tender.
- Add the ground beef.
- Cook until the beef is brown. Stir in the tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
