Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Brown chops in fat in heavy skillet; pour off drippings.
- Add remaining ingredients and cover.
- Cook over low heat about 1 hour or until chops are tender and sauce has thickened.
