Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Drain fat and add onions, pepper, chili powder and rice.
- Cook until onions change color.
- Pour into 4-quart casserole dish and pour tomatoes over mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
