Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Method
- Mix butter and corn in casserole dish.
- Mix the sour cream and egg together.
- Add to corn.
- Add dry Jiffy mix; stir until smooth. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
