Ingredients
- 2 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. butter, softened
- 10 strips bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
Method
- Beat eggs with milk and butter.
- Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle vegetables and bacon onto eggs.
- Heat soup (do not add milk or water) to soften it.
- Spread over egg dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
