Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 Tbsp. sherry wine
- 1 small can mushrooms (and the liquid)
Method
- Dredge chicken breasts in a mixture of the first 4 ingredients. Melt 1 stick margarine in a baking pan and place chicken breasts therein.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cover with the soup, wine and mushrooms with liquid.
- Bake at 400° until bubbling, then turn oven to 300°.
- Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour.
