Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 baked pie shells
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cream together powdered sugar and margarine. Add egg, salt and vanilla.
- Mix well until light and fluffy. Spread this on the two crusts.
- Chill.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Blend
- in the well drained pineapple and nuts. Spoon on top of the sugar-margarine mixture and chill again.
