Ingredients

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 baked pie shells
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Cream together powdered sugar and margarine. Add egg, salt and vanilla.
  • Mix well until light and fluffy. Spread this on the two crusts.
  • Chill.
  • Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Blend
  • in the well drained pineapple and nuts. Spoon on top of the sugar-margarine mixture and chill again.
