Method
- Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
- Microwave on HIGH 9 to 10 min.
- or until tender, rearranging and turning every 3 min.
- Cool 5 min.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; fluff centres with fork.
- Microwave Cheez Whiz in microwaveable bowl 30 sec., stirring after 15 sec.
- Spoon over potatoes; top with tomatoes.
