Ingredients
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. brown or white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sherry or bourbon (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh or dry ginger to taste
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a sealable plastic bag or a glass dish. Add meat (chicken, pork or beef) and marinate for 2-24 hours.
