Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup orange sherbet, softened

Method

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  • until completely dissolved.
  • Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
  • Add to gelatin; stir until thickened.
  • Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Stir in sherbet with whisk until blended.
  • Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes or medium serving bowl.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
