Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb cubed chicken breast
  • 1 box pasta of choice
  • 1 box drained spinach
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup tequilla
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp dried herbs seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 4 cup mozzarella cheese

Method

  • preheat oven to 350
  • cube chicken and cook with all seasonings till almost done.
  • set aside.
  • drain spinach set aside
  • cook pasta as directed
  • sauce: add olive oil garlic and all seasonings to pan cook about 1 minute or so.
  • Add in heavy cream & tequila cook down about 15-20 minutes taste for seasonings
  • add chicken to bottom of casserole top with spinach, then half of cheese, then pasta now top with your cream sauce.
  • Top with mozzarella & parsley flakes bake 35-45 minutes till golden
  • you can add more tequilla to your liking..
