- 1 1/2 lb cubed chicken breast
- 1 box pasta of choice
- 1 box drained spinach
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1/2 cup tequilla
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp dried herbs seasonings
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 4 cup mozzarella cheese
Method
- preheat oven to 350
- cube chicken and cook with all seasonings till almost done.
- set aside.
- drain spinach set aside
- cook pasta as directed
- sauce: add olive oil garlic and all seasonings to pan cook about 1 minute or so.
- Add in heavy cream & tequila cook down about 15-20 minutes taste for seasonings
- add chicken to bottom of casserole top with spinach, then half of cheese, then pasta now top with your cream sauce.
- Top with mozzarella & parsley flakes bake 35-45 minutes till golden
- you can add more tequilla to your liking..
