Ingredients
- 3 or 4 slabs of ribs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer (unseasoned)
Method
- Wash ribs well.
- Sprinkle black pepper and meat tenderizer on ribs.
- Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Place in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours.
- When ready, place on grill and sprinkle seasoned salt on them.
- Good for in or outdoor cooking.
