- Tempeh
- Sauerkraut
- Oni on
- Black sesame seeds
Method
- Peel onion and slice in half moons.
- Put in bottom of a two qt pot.
- Cut tempeh into small cubes and place on top of onion slices.
- Fork sauerkraut over the tempeh and some of the juice.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
- Bring to simmer, cover and cook on low 15 to 20 min till nicely steamed.
- Serve with Kasha, potatoes and greens.
