Ingredients
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup, light or dark
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Method
- In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in 350° oven for 50 or 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
