Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, drained
- 1 small onion
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can English peas
- sliced cheese
- Tater Tots
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain.
- Pour in casserole dish, then add
- the
- corn,
- soup and
- peas.
- Stir all of this together. Put a layer of cheese over the meat mixture, then a layer of Tater
- Tots.
- Put
- into
- oven
- and bake for about 25 minutes or until Tater Tots brown and cheese has melted.
