Ingredients
- 2 small or 1 large box lime jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. or 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. or more lemon juice
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix the first 2 ingredients together. Stir until jello dissolves completely. Chill until syrupy.
- Add next 3 ingredients. Chill until almost set. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Chill. Makes 6 to 8 cups.
