Ingredients

  • 2 small or 1 large box lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. or 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. or more lemon juice
  • 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Mix the first 2 ingredients together. Stir until jello dissolves completely. Chill until syrupy.
  • Add next 3 ingredients. Chill until almost set. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Chill. Makes 6 to 8 cups.
