Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced, fresh rhubarb
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove cinnamon stick.
- May be spooned over ham 15 minutes before end of cooking time or eat and enjoy as a sauce or over ice cream.
