Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 c. vinegar
Method
- Combine prepared vegetables in a large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Pour over vegetables and toss.
- Chill well.
- Yields about 12 servings.
