- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 lemon slice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
- 6 bone-in pork loin chops (7 ounces each)

- Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°.
