Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons Garam Masala it's your choice of taste actually.
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder or more if you like spicier curry

Method

  • Melt butter in a sauce pan on low heat
  • Add flour into the pan, and cook until the mixture turns into a brown shade, stirring all the time about 20 minutes. Don't turn the heat too high or you might burn it an don't forget to mix it from time to time :3
  • Add curry powder, garam masala, and chili powder into the pan. Stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then remove from heat.
  • The curry roux is done :)
