Ingredients
- 10 fluid ounces freshly brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon xylitol
- 1/2 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Combine hot coffee, cream, butter, xylitol, MCT oil, and vanilla extract in a travel mug. Secure the lid and shake until combined.
