Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz. can taco sauce
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and seasoned
  • 12 tortillas
  • 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Soften tortillas in oil; drain.
  • Layer in square baking dish. Place 3 tortillas, cheese, onion, beef and top with a sauce made from mixing the enchilada sauce, taco sauce and the cream of chicken soup.
  • Continue in layers until you have 4 layers.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  • Shred lettuce. Serve casserole over shredded lettuce.
