Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
- 1 c. chopped lettuce
- 6 taco shells (prefolded)
- 1 c. cubed tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Method
- Melt last three ingredients in a double boiler.
- Place chicken in taco shells; heat in oven or microwave to warm.
- Place the chicken filled shells on their side on serving plate and cover generously with cheese sauce.
- Place lettuce over top center of side of shell and place tomatoes over the top of lettuce and serve.
- This recipe makes 6 tacos.
