Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
  • 1 c. chopped lettuce
  • 6 taco shells (prefolded)
  • 1 c. cubed tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Method

  • Melt last three ingredients in a double boiler.
  • Place chicken in taco shells; heat in oven or microwave to warm.
  • Place the chicken filled shells on their side on serving plate and cover generously with cheese sauce.
  • Place lettuce over top center of side of shell and place tomatoes over the top of lettuce and serve.
  • This recipe makes 6 tacos.
