Ingredients
- 10 or more Gyoza dumplings (frozen or homemade)
- 1/8 Chinese cabbage
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 bag Shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 block Tofu
- 700 ml Water
- 150 ml Ponzu
- 2 tsp Dashi stock granules (bonito based)
- 1 tsp Ra-yu
Method
- Cut the vegetables and tofu in suitable sizes.
- Pour the ingredients into a pot and boil.
- Add the ingredients starting with the ones that take longer to cook (add the gyoza at the end).
- Cover with a lid and heat on medium.
- When all has cooked well, it is done.
