Ingredients

  • 10 or more Gyoza dumplings (frozen or homemade)
  • 1/8 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 Japanese leek
  • 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
  • 1/2 bag Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 700 ml Water
  • 150 ml Ponzu
  • 2 tsp Dashi stock granules (bonito based)
  • 1 tsp Ra-yu

Method

  • Cut the vegetables and tofu in suitable sizes.
  • Pour the ingredients into a pot and boil.
  • Add the ingredients starting with the ones that take longer to cook (add the gyoza at the end).
  • Cover with a lid and heat on medium.
  • When all has cooked well, it is done.
