Ingredients
- 32 ounces, weight Frozen Meatballs
- 23 cups Chopped Onion
- 1/4 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 12 ounces, fluid Beer
Method
- In a 3 1/2-quart crockpot, combine the meatballs and chopped onion.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar and onion soup mix over the top.
- Pour beer over everything.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 5 hours.
- Just before serving, gently stir mixture to coat meatballs with sauce.
