Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • taco seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Mix cream cheese and sour cream; spread in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
  • Mix ground beef and taco seasoning (cook as directed on taco seasoning package).
  • Cool and spread on cream mix. Sprinkle with garlic powder and 3 chopped green onions.
  • Add to the top of meat mixture, shredded sharp cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
  • When ready to serve, heat in oven for a few minutes and serve with corn chips.
