Ingredients
- 3 parsley
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 3 green scallions
- 1/3 c. wheat or white bulgur
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons
- salt and pepper
- romaine lettuce
Method
- Soak the bulgur in lemon juice for 1/2 an hour.
- Chop all the first 4 ingredients very fine.
- Mix all together.
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with romaine lettuce!
