Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked macaroni
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Method
- Saute onions and celery in margarine just until tender.
- Add tomatoes and sauce and all seasonings.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add macaroni.
- Simmer another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Mixture should be fairly thick.
- Serves 4 to 6.
