Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, stewed with salt, pepper, onion and bay leaf
  • 2 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • nonstick cooking spray

Method

  • When chicken breasts are cooked, remove from water and allow to cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix soup with can of milk until well blended. In a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer dressing, then chicken, then soup mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Uncover casserole and continue to cook for another 1/2 hour. Great with a salad and rolls.
