Ingredients
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 can peas
- 1 can corn (white kernel Shoepeg)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- Drain green beans, pimentos, peas and corn.
- Dice pepper, onion and celery.
- Mix and cook the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the ingredients over the drained and diced vegetables.
- Best if left to set overnight in the refrigerator.
